db already excists

Hi there,

Maybe this quetsion has been asked before but i can't find it with the search-option.
When installing the guestbook, I put all the right things in the config.inc.php after creating a db on the server.

But when I go to the adress ..../..../install.php I get this message:

Error Number: 1007 Can't create database 'gastenboek_RHVB'; database exists

Anyone know what to do?

Got a step further by myself...don't know why it seems to work at this point...
Got a new problem however:

Your MySQL username:
Your MySQL password:

Your Guestbook password:

Warninng: /home/httpd/vhosts/huzarenvanboreel.nl/httpdocs/gastenboek/public is not writeable
Warninng: /home/httpd/vhosts/huzarenvanboreel.nl/httpdocs/gastenboek/tmp is not writeable

And when I put all the right things in I get:

Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document. (when I only create table)

And:
