I don't quite get why you posted that. Anyways download 2.3.4 from this site and upload it to your website then upload the config.inc.php file from the backup to the newly uploaded guestbook folder. See if that works.
By blank you mean nothing on the page or just no entries?
Sorry yes if you have a back up then yes just upload that.
You need to set the database info in the config.inc.php file to reflect the database the guestbook stuff is in.
Thats a security feature that aims at preventing spam bots from harvesting your guests email addresses.
The username and password in the files is your database username and password not that for the polls admin. If you look in the guestbook readme there is a post on reseting your password using phpMyAdmin. The instructions should b similar for Advanced poll.
It's saying you made an error in add.class.php. Feel free to email me the file to webmaster @ carbonize . co . uk
Login to the admin and goto the password section. Just change the name in there and put your new password in BOTH password boxes.
in entry.php $row[email] needs to be $row[email2]
Problem must lie in gb.class.php then
You cannot. The guestbook only allows one admin. You can change the admin username and password anytime you desire though.
Because you have put

$row[email2] where it should say $EMAIL

This is the second occurance in the entry.php file not the first.

The error message says it all. It cannot find the english.php language file in the lang folder.
Possibly you need to change the base_url in the lazarus config.inc.php file.
