I was trying to install the poll as I was following a guide but I ran into a problem.
I am using the textfile version, but once i long on to the polls setup menu, NONE of the images load. I checked the path in the include/config.inc.php file and everything was correct.
Also I can create a poll, but when i insert the 
nothing loads. no poll, no error, nothing!
can anyone help?

But images like smilie, email and etc dissappear

I'm using advanced poll to replace a long-standing poll I've had on my site, one where the poll code was hosted by someone else. This old poll has had nearly 1000 votes, and I'd like an easy way to add these numbers to the new poll. It's easy to change the polldata/# (where # is the poll ID #) file to reflect the numbers I want, but it produces online errors:

Warning: fopen("/www.mydomain.com/polls/polldata/4", "w") - Permission denied in /www.mydomain.com/polls/include/class_poll.php on line 235

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in /www.mydomain.com/polls/include/class_poll.php on line 236

etc etc...

Any ideas how to get round this?

Adding fields is difficult. You need some php knowledge.
It's easier to change the templates of irq, aim for this purpose.

This is a restriction of 'max word lenght'.
Change the value to 200...

I put up Advanced poll and everything was fine, I went to my page and suddenly the font size inside the poll is like 12pt for me, but apparently for everyone else it's the normal size.

Advanced Guestbook will not allow users to post html message. I have html enabled of course. This is what I enter:

<img src="http://www.whatever.com/image.jpg">

when you try to submit, it give a message like this:

"Your message contains some invalid words. Please correct it and re-submit."

I have html enabled, AGcodes enabled, and smiles enable. What am I doing wrong?

is it possible to add two additional fields (like that for name) for entrys like birthday and hobby into the Advanced Guestbook 2.3.1.

Or can I change the fields for icq ,aim or url to fields, wich show the entered text?

kann mir jemand einen Tip geben, wie ich noch zwei Textfelder für zum Beispiel Geburstag und Hobbies in das Advanced Guestbook 2.3.1 einbauen kann? In welchen Dateien muß ich Was ändern? Oder kann ich gar einfacher die ICQ und AIM Felder ummodln zu Textfeldern, die brauche ich eh nicht.
Würde mich über eine Antwort freuen.
