Hi, I have installed the text mode of advanced poll 2.02 on my windows nt
platform and id work very well!
When I have published it on a Linux system it starts to give a lot of problems with error codes "especting end of line"ecc..
Can somebody help me?

The only usefull thing I can see is missing from Access Stats 1.12 is search engine keywords log. Can this be included to the new version of script so it would log the most used keywords witch using visitor has found the page? This would be a very usefull tool for search engine optimization.

And also the another thing I'd like to see changed is referrer log, because if referrer page has no domain of its own, you cannot find the page at all. (e.g. http://www.pagehost.com/pages/~myownpages gets just http://www.pagehost.com). I don't know how this could be solved and at the same time keep "ranking list" clear enough but it's not very neat at the condition what it is now either.

Kann den Poll auch nicht einbinden, auch nicht wenn ich den Code vom Admin-Breich kopieren und in ein htm_Dokument einfüge. Was mache ich falsch? Wer kann´s mir erklären?

I've noticed this problem in both Advanced Poll and Advanced guestbook: Instead of logging the ip or hostname of the signer/voter it will log my computer name. I think the issue has something to do with the way hostnames are looked up. I recently upgraded to PHP 4.2, and they changed the way global vars are registered.

Hope someone can help with this please. I'm pretty new to php but I managed to get the latest version of the guestbook working a couple of months back. I used the install.php script to create the mysql database and tables with no problems.

I am now migrating the site to a new server and wish to keep all of the guestbook entries if possible.

I uploaded all of the (working) files from the old server to the new server and can see the index.php page fine. However, when I try to submit a new post, it just throws me back to the add entry page.

Is this something to do with the mysql config please? The database is still on the same server but I can't seem to write to it from the new add entry page. Do I need to reconfigure the database somehow or perhaps the path to it?

after the vote every user of my poll gets a error message - i cannot remeber exactly what it says, but i think that it is a parse error. when the poll is reloaded everything is o.k. but i also want to fix this bug.
i got another problem: i cannot send/see comments.

Hab ein riesen Problem: Immer wenn ich die /admin/index.php aufrufe, kommt folgende Meldung:

Ich habe aber in der config.inc.php alles richtig eingetragen. Und langsam weiß ich nicht mehr weiter!

Wäre echt nett, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte!
