füge dem link noch ein "class=dein_css" bei.
Allerdings muss du das skript selbst editieren (class_poll.php)

die templates kannst du auswählen mit
$php_poll->set_template_set("dein_template")

You can remove the private message option from the template
<!--
<input type="checkbox" name="private" value="1"> <font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Private message</font>
//-->

<script language="JavaScript" src="http://yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/stat_js.pl?total=1">

ask your webspace server admin for these values.
(is mysql in your server ? do you have rights over it?)
or grant access to a mysql server in other host.

Would it be possible to make private messages in the AGBook to be an option that can be turned on/off in admin in a future release? I don't want people leaving private messages at all, so I would prefer to be able to turn this feature off. Same thing for comments, although I know it is passworded to stop people, but an on/off switch would be really helpful.
Thanks.

I posted a test message to the guestbook, then went to edit it in admin, and I tried to add some BBcode. When I viewed the edited post the BBcode actually showed up as text. Is this an error in the admin section??

I did the upgrade as suggested but got locked out with my password. I had to reformat everything to get it to work and then I had to retype all my entries which was, well, annoying. I probably did it wrong.
I am not a total novice to this stuff, but I would appreciate so precise and clear instructions on how to upgrade, whether I should delete all my files (but not the databases/tables) or simply upload etc the whole new script hoping it will overwrite the old files etc.
PLEASE post some specific information, pretend we are all dummies and give us a step by step instruction on how to do it.
Thanks, I love your scripts, they work and are so clean, but I am scared to upgrade because I don't want to loose it all again.

Anyone?
OK, to recap:
I need to know how to use two seperate list.php and test.php files in different locations (one set in default pollphp/textfile and one in a seperate directory). I want both sets to pull there info from the same install of advanced poll. Please advise..
TIA

OK, i have ADVPoll 2.0 installed using a textfile. The PHP include is on every page of the site except for the list.php and test.php which i have modified to look like the rest of the site. The list.php works fine from the default location of pollphp/textfile. Here is the thing, I have a member-only section of the site. It looks like the public section for the most part with some extra options for members. The php include is on all the member pages as well, and works fine..because it uses absolute pathing to the booth.php file. But how would I go about adding the list.php and test.php files to this part of the site. Since the member section is in a totally different directory as pollphp. I have tried changing the pathing using the relative and absolute ways and i get parsing errors...would I have to install advanced poll again for the member sections because it is not sitting in the root of the site? The idea is to display the same poll for members and the public. As well as the list.php and test.php...I want them to pull from the same install of advanced poll....confused yet? I am.

You'll have to modify some of the core files, I wouldn't touch em if you aren't experienced in php. Let someone else do it, like suggest it to let it be included in the next version.
