i had create a new table in sql database with the install.php, then i opened the admin.php and it displayed the following site:

ich habe mit hilfe der install.php eine tabelle in der sql datenbank erstellt, dann habe ich die admin.php im Browser aufgerufen und dann erschien folgende seite:

Hi,

I've installed everything, and in general I'm very impressed.

I'm having only one problem.

My poll lives on a page like this:
http://www.mydomain.com/path/to/scriptname.php?variable=value

and after someone casts their vote, they are returned to:

http://www.mydomain.com/path/to/scriptname.php

even though I'd prefer if they were returned to that first URL.

Anyone have any ideas about how to work around this?

I am getting people who have nothing better to do with their time then to vote multiple times on my polls. How do I prevent this? Or is there a way that I can go in and delete these multiple votes from the same person

I get in with 'admin' & 'poll' (username & password), but next page is full of warnings:

When I click any of choices, it goes back to startpage asking username & password again....

What did I do wrong.

I've uploaded all php files in ASCII-mode, changed write permissions to all directories and files.

i just installed the Advanced Guestbook 2.3 and every thing worked great, but when i try to add an entry....it doesn;t work, and gives me this messege:

Guestbook - Error
One of the input fields does not seem to be valid.

I tried to fix it but ,,i couldn;t......
please if anyone could tell me how to fix that...

this is basically achieved by using lots of nested if statements. Just make an if statement for each one, and then determine the utcome with an 'then' statement. It is however much easier to do the username and passwords etc using ASP, as you can directly link it into a Access 97 database. email me and I will send you the required instructions and the script that you need

Ich hab das script bei mir installiert und alles sieht korrekt aus aber er zeigt mir absolut nichts an...keine logfile, kein fehlermeldung NICHTS (erstellen tut er auch nichts)!

I've got problems with my proxy2 Advanced Guestbook...I can't fix the problem that characters like ä,ö,ü are not supported somehow....the Guestbook always shows different ascii-characters like * or &#56394; ......can someone give me an advice how 2 fix this thing.....
