SOMEBODY HELP ME I NEED TO PUT THE ADVANCED GUESTBOOK ON MY WEBSITE..I ALREADY HAVE IT DOWNLOADED..I NEED HELP ASAP!

Hello, I have the scripts on the server, i have php and sql..... i even get install.php to wrok, but then???????? i have no clue. database name to fill in????? no idea? the localhostname???????? no idea where can i find it, then the login and password ??????? test and 123 ??????? i got a sql password and login from my server people as well. can someone help me step by step?????????

The database name maybe any name you want. I called mine guestbook (mysql will then make a database called guestbook)
The local host (I believe it ask for Your MySQL host) is the path where you're mysql is installed.
And the password you need is the password to access the mysql server.
