i have the files uploaded and ive already edited my config file. but when i try and use the install.php file it says forbidden access.. i dont have permission to view the file. .. i have all the things right. i dont know what else to do.

sounds like the permissions on that file are not at least 644. check your permissions

nope its 644.. this is the page i get whenever i try and install...
