Advanced Poll 2.0.2

Total newbie here- i recently had the advanced poll 2.0.2 installed on my website and I've gone through all the necessairy registration steps, but now what? My browser shows 5 different demos, but I'm not quite sure what to do.. I haven't found any user manual =o( please help!

go to the dir you installed the poll in eg...

http://www.yourdomain.com/poll

then add to that /admin

Then you'll get into the admin area which should sort you out.
The default username and password is admin and poll I think.

okay - this is strange.. I get an error 404 page when i go to the admin URL. What do I do?

Have you uploaded all the files and folders?
chmod'ed them?
Run the database installation file? (if your using the db version not textfile)

okay. I had the script re-installed, and once everything is filled out, I'm taken to the demo1.php page - what's next? do i need to copy the script-code on the left?

and when you said to add /admin to the directory - did you mean to just create the folder?

no.

after installation type the url to the poll installation then add on the end /admin

and your should get taken to the admin panel login screen.

but I can't seem to log in?

are you using the default username and password?

yes, all i get is wrong username or password

the default being admin/poll
