I cannot get the script to prevent multiple votes? It seems to prevent it for a couple of day but when I return after a couple of days I am able to vote again. I've got....

Check IP Table selected (and I'm on a dedicated IP)
I've got locking timeout 2 hours set.

Is the locking timeout what controls the interval between votes?
Should this be set at some HUGE number or something?

The polls are set to "never" expire.
