He's saying they just sign up so that their website gets listed in the membership list which bots will crawl and so go to their site.

However well-intentioned FC's post was, I don't believe this is the place for it. The only posts on this forum should be about the scripts offered here and ways to enhance or make those scripts more useful. Does proxy2 offer a forum script?
