how can i place the poll list and poll table side by side in a table?

also, how do i incorporate the template poll_list in a page.

the template is list in the templates section of the control panel, but there is no documentation on include the poll list template in a web page.

please advise.

i have created a template in which i need to put the send comment link in the results template header.

unfortunately it does not show up.

if i place $comment in the results footer it does shows up.

i cannot figure it out and i would appreciate any assistance.
