As have many people before you.
My mistake. Still being impatient. You need to either wait for Auron to see the post or contact him.
You missed off the third option. YOU ARE TO IMPATIENT TO WAIT MORE THAN 3 1/2 HOURS.
Do a search for Jump menu. there is a thread on it.
As I have said time and time again NO. This forum has a wonderful feature called search. A search would reveal several threads where people have asked the exact same question.
Please use the SEARCH feature of this forum. there is an entire thread dedicated to setting up the poll.
Have a look at the guestbook on my site. That is just AG 2.3.1. The guestbook is designed for customisation.
not quite, would take more work to do more than one replacement.
hmmmmmm possible hack fix (and I mean hack)

1 - open lib/gb.class.php
2 - Locats $TPL['GB_ENTRIES'] = $GB_ENTRIES;
3 - replace it with $TPL['GB_ENTRIES'] = str_replace('drink', 'drrinK!', strtolower($GB_ENTRIES));

no promises it will work mind you. Remember if they put drink! it will make it say drrinK!!.
So basically you want to replace all instances of drink with drrinK! ?
Yup good answer Auron, I'm sure I would of thought of it eventually. I don't believe there is a code for ! though except maybe & #33; without the space (Stupid forum). I'm still going to look into it though as the default censor mssage ends in a ! as well.
did it return multiple! with the original replacement?
yeah sorry thats the file I meant. Try replacing with
Are we talking about the Advanced Guestbook? If so it can be found in lib/vars.inc.php. Look for $replace = "#@*%!"; and simply change the #@*%! part.
I could but the requested feature would require some major work. Not only would it require emailing the admin upon receipt of an entry I would also need to make a section in the admin for them to review the posts waiting for acceptance. As you can tell the guestbook to email you on new postings it would be easier to just delete any unwanted posts as they are made.

Does the guestbook send you the posts details in the emails or is that something I added to my own?
