Hey Carb... I posted above thanking you for the new patches to prevent the spammers from attacking my message board. I applied the new code and it worked GREAT!! For about 4 months I believe.... I'm now being targeted again since the new code on this thread was posted.

Where can I go to get an updated patch from the last if there is one? Thank you again.

Go into the AdminCP and at the top there is a image link and has "Generl Settings" below it. Scroll Down to "Miscellaneous" And there are two radio buttons beside "Display result as" select Votes and click "Submit Settings"

I've got text version of Advanced Poll and I can't get rid of this error:

I've installed Advanced Poll via Fantastico...I installed the code into my blog (WordPress) and I can get it to display with no problems. The problem is when a vote is submitted I get the following message?

404 Not Found
The requested URL /2005/08/28/notary-public-bonds/index.php does not exist.

What do I need to do to fix? I look forward to the feedback.

ya, i used cpanel...this is the secont time i tried, the first time it worked, but that was deleted by accedent O.O

Anyone else getting entries within entries from online gamling sites?
I mean they are actually creating entries within other legit message entries.

This is totally unacceptable. I will have to take the board offline if there isn't an update to fix this soon. I already have HTML link filters and HTML disabled.

I found the option to change it from percentages to votes in the option page.

So where would this go?

I have a vauge idea of what you're talking about. For the plain template the above code would go in the "Display Loop" box in the "plain" template?

I just installed it (fantasy.xedhost.net/guest_book) and nothing works exept if i go to http://www.fantasy.xedhost.net/guest_book/addentry.php (which is signing) and http://www.fantasy.xedhost.net/guest_book/admin.php but if i enter my user and pass. it just gets me back to the same page!
